I meant a CEL light for the stumble issue on acceleration. A faulty VTEC solenoid would not cause any problems like this, as the car would run fine without VTEC. Make sure you reset the CEL by disconnecting the Neg battery cable before trying each fix.
Code 22 is the pressure switch, code 21 is the actual VTEC solenoid. The naming is confusing, but I verified by checking multiple "code 22" threads on honda-tech.
I'll wait for the results of the O2 sensor test before I suggest any more things to try.
