A set of lead acid batteries is around $900 to $1,200, lithium would start at around $2,400 but last 5 to 10 times as long and weigh less.

I drove mine with contactors for years, then I switched to a $600 48v 650amp solid state speed controller, well worth it!

Battery chargers vary a great deal in price, charging speed and quality, $300 to $1,200 if it needs a new one.

Tires are an odd size, trailer tires make it drive like a trailer.

Motor brushes are $20-50 from golf cart shops, you can rebuilt the whole motor for about $120.

Wheel bearings are annoying as are the brakes, spent about $250 replacing one wheel bearing.

Girls smile, point, wave and ask for rides, it's kind of distracting.
