One of the keys to producing a low-cost vehicle is ensuring maximum efficiency in our manufacturing operations. Gino Raffin, Vice President of Manufacturing and Product Launch, is a 40-year auto industry veteran and former Chrysler Corp. manufacturing executive. Gino will oversee all aspects of manufacturing and assembly at the Shreveport, La., manufacturing facility including putting the right team and processes in place to make Elio Motors a world-class manufacturer.
