Tablet Mount via Shelving Bracket

First time posting pics so not sure if doing this right. *crosses fingers*

I used a small metal shelving bracket screwed into the steering column plastic cover. I used two 3/8th self tapping screws. The tip of the shelving bracket along the steering column is bent down so as to tilt the tablet forward just a tad.

This is a picture of the back of the nook tablet. I used two motherboard computer mount screws and two washers per screw. There isn't a lot of space between the plastic and battery. Also, the extra holes are what happens when you try to eyeball something like this. With the washers this lets me just slide it over the bracket and slide it back off.

A completed pic of the tablet mounted in place with the Torque app running.

The screws on the back of the tablet are placed far enough apart to hold the nook just above the steering column. It's fairly sturdily in place but it probably wouldn't take too hard of a tug to strip the screws out of the tablet.

I will later remove the shelving bracket and paint it black just to make it look a little nicer haha.
