The flat angle of the solar panels is not optimal unless you live in Ecuador. They would do better on the roof of a house.

The car port is not the optimal structure to park a vehicle, since it doesn't prevent frost, condensation, or vandalism.

If there were absolutely no other means for parking a car and generating solar energy, then I would consider something like this.
