My car has no spark plug wires.
I guess I could get 8 wired leds and tap each coil pack and mount them to the edge of the hood by the windshield and watch the flashing while I drive it at various loads?
As a former chrysler mechanic I believe the newer dizzyless engines fire the coils on the exhaust as well as compression stroke for better emissions, so it maybe a moot point to monitor the plug pack vs the injector.
Plan B was to get 4 wired 12 volt leds to each injector, tape along edge of hood by windshield so I can see it inside and test it.

If you have a timing gun you could hook it up to the spark plug wires until you find the active cylinders or inactive cylinders during idle.
