Honda Accord Question

Hey all,,

I am currently driving a 98 Accord v6 with the B7XA 4 speed automatic transmission. The odometer reads 252,000 miles, and I have put 50,000 of those on myself over the last few years. The transmission shifts OK...definitely a slushbox, but at least it isn't slipping gears yet. Is there a way to tell if it has had the transmission has been replaced? The car is fine for my daily driver, but I've been looking for another car that is more eco-friendly. I'm also concerned about longevity of the transmission. The engine runs strong, but I'm worried the trans will leave me hanging. Car has too much body damage to bother restoring or doing a transmission swap.
