I ask because you might find some issues with it retaining a lot of moisture and causing advanced corrosion on your exhaust piping (and possibly the body of the vehicle itself). White faced batt insulation. I checked on moisture after a few drives during heavy rainfall and it was damp but not soaked so I didn't worry about it after that. After having it on for a while it seemed to be retaining more moisture, so i think a better solution is needed.
