What's the big deal? YOU have no recourse from the purchase from a DEALERSHIP since you agreed to "as is". Why would any private party have a prayer of recourse from another private party. The ony way I coud see that happening would be if you wrote a specific warranty documnet and posteda bond to cover the potential warranty claims.
