Cobb, if you are near Williamsburg, you should stop by a drive my Fiesta. While it's not the best mileage car I have ever owned. it certainly can get great mileage if driven properly. It won't get that mileage if driven agressively but when you need some get up and go it will certainly do that.

I was not a fan of Ford for avery long time, but if the Ranger and Fiesta are examples of what Ford is capable of doing I'll be a Ford fan until I see them start to go in the wrong direction and they are the only American car company that needed no govt bailout. That's big in my book.

The Fiesta is one of the best selling cars in Europe, especially in England.
I can get from Williamsburg to Richmond on a gallon (eastern Richmond anyway) and about the same distance to the Va Beach oceanfront, so not quite 12 bucks but close.

What is especially great to me iswhen I can squeeze 50 out of a 7 mile round trip to a local restaurant. and now in summer over 40 within 2 miles of my house.

regards
Mech
