was contacted by the adjuster. they will pay for damages to the car. no more. i am not going to fake injury so the lawyer i contacted said all they can go after is auto damages. they get 40% so i will be losing that way.
i think i can accept it by thinking: it's better to have auto damage and not sustain a physical injury and then have to live with it the rest of my life.
