Would this be the May 2009 "EPA" test- likely an ordinary sniffer test done by the local yocals?
Would you look at that- Doug has a Topaz diesel! Doug- why does your Topaz weigh 1,000 lbs more than all the others? You are supposed to get out of the car when it's weighed.
