Denso makes them. The stock 150A alternators on the Sienna are square conductor "hairpin" stator, I think. (might have gotten the amperage, and the model wrong lol)

Active rectification is something you have to custom fit. I looked into Schottky diodes, the leakage is really high and probably would not be good for this application. TBH it shouldn't be that hard to make a primitive one.
