I've recruited a few to the Mustang ones, but half the people have fallen off. A couple didn't want to join because of their performance- but they don't realize it's about camaraderie rather than performance.
But since there is no actual socializing with it, it is just numbers to most people. Even for me, I just use it because it's a feature. There really isn't much more to it than joining :/
