Because i live in Belgium. There are some specific laws. Witch makes it extremely dificult to change stuff of your car. You may almost do nothing to it. So i keep me visually on most of those laws so i don't atrackt to many attention.

But i do the best i can do, to reach mij first target back then. At the beginning of 2014: driving 1000km on one tank of diesel
