If it works you might see a 10-20 mile improvement in mileage per tank.
I sincerely feel a 25 mile test is not going to tell you anything , 0 , even if a graduated glass tube was used to measure there is not enough time for the effect to have effect.
I would expect you could gain about a 1/2 mpg ,reportedly my beetle with a roof spoiler is factory tested to improve the mileage by 1 mpg.
