Why not just keep your current car? Switching cars generally loses you money, especially with the repairs you've done so far. The Cavalier could easily require even more repairs. Low miles is a good thing to a certain point, but if they're too low, it means its likely only been used for short trips and/or been sitting for long periods of time. That can cause just as much or more damage than it having driven a normal amount of miles, especially if maintenance was neglected.
