I have to agree. That appears to be the manifold from an EX or SI of the same generation. Probably in an attempt to make more power, the previous owner eliminated the catalitic converter. I beleve, like in other model years, it is a simple swap that bolts right up.
I wish you luck finding a stock replacement at a reasonable cost.
