Oh gawd, you guys arent the types the phone company has over a barrow using the vaseline with the grit in it charging you 70 bucks a month for basic phone service?
We had magic jack, then when that ran out after 5 years we paid for we went to basic talk. All you need is high speed internet and for 3 of the 5 years of magic jack I used clear wire and an old laptop.
Magic jack emailed you the number and voice message. Basic talk is just like real phone service with all the bells and whistles.
Me, I like how my droid phone has an excuse list you can txt back to someone when a call comes in.
