I skimmed through it quickly.Looks like he installed a ScanGauge,established a baseline for the vehicle on a fixed route,then went after some electric loads,lower viscosity lubes,lower rolling resistance tires,then modest aero mods,so as not to loose any 'normal' utility.And published the difference compared to the baseline.Cool!
