Tested vehicles in the garage

I work a lot with TONS of different cars and get a chance to take them home often for evalutaion. When doing he evaluation I also try my hypermilling skills out on the cars on my way to and from work. I record the factory mpg everytime and would like a place to store these stats so I can referance them when people say they cannot get huge gains in a stock car. My vehicles so far from work:

2007 Ford Focus 2.9L Manual
EPA COMBINED: 27 MPG
MY BEST: 46 mpg
EFF GAIN: 70%

2006 VW Passat 3.6L Auto (with paddle shifters)
EPA COMBINED: 20 MPG
MY BEST: 38 mpg
EFF GAIN: 90%

2007 Pontiac G6 2.4L Auto (with paddle shifters)
EPA COMBINED: 24 MPG
MY BEST: 38 mpg
EFF GAIN: 58%

Is adding the car to the garage the best way? I know I will not likely get a chance to get in these cars again so they aren't really active. I dont think we want to clutter the garage with vehicles we have trip logs for one or 2 trips. Maybe we can set up a test option for the garage for vehicles borrowed, rented, or something. That way we can add more vehicles to the database.
