For classic VWs, my vote goes to a Karmann Ghia every time. One of the few cars that looks as good in 2dr sedan form as it does in droptop flavour.

Then again, that wagon up there is really my huckleberry...I love wagons, hardtop or pillared. Droptops are my fav, followed closely by wagons and hatchbacks. I really have never cared for 2-doors with a fixed roof, and 4-door notchbacks ("sedans"), the darling of America, are, and have always been, my least favorite. My dream family car is a '58 Chevy 9 passenger with a straight six, three on the tree, and overdrive. Split the manifold, bolt a blue flame intake on, weld in some Smithy's, drop the suspension about 1,5-2", and hit the road.
