The capacitor could be run at like 500v. You would probably need 2 of them if you wanted 2000amp for any extended period of time.

They have 800amp, 900amp, 1000amp, and 1400amp 1200v IGBTs. Here's one:

It might be a little too fat to fit 3 of them side by side. They don't seem to have higher current 600v IGBTs for some reason.

EDIT: Yep, it would require like 5.2 inch per IGBT.
