Bestline oil additive?

Hello -

(feel free to Unicorn this if justified)

I am not interested in fuel economy per se, I just want to do something nice for my 266K mile engine.

I have not been able to find any info on this :

Bestline

For instance, I went to "bobistheoilguy" and couldn't find anything.

Here is the video that someone asked me to watch :

I'm not a mechanic so I can't tell if there is a "trick" in the video.

What do you think?

I went here with the same post :

Bestline oil additive? - SaturnFans.com Forums

And was told this :

This is a link to the MSDS. http://www.bestlinelubricants.com/pd...eTreatment.pdf You can google each listed ingredient. The major ingredient is PAO synthetic oil.
After googling "PAO synthetic oil" I did get some bobistheoilguy hits :

What is better? PAO Only or Pao/Ester Oil? | European and Import Motor Oils | Bob Is The Oil Guy

Which are true(!) PAO (Class IV) Motor Oil brands? | Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) - Gasoline Cars/Pickups/Vans/SUVs | Bob Is The Oil Guy
