1 stop shopping for everything that was listed to build an IMACC in the build thread on insightcentral.net. I never got around to it and have just leased a new leaf. It cost me $196us for everything, will ship anywhere US or Canada for $175.

Pics and copies of the invoices can be provided. I can't guarantee every part is there in case i missed something in the thread.

I also have a scan gauge 2, $115 shipped.
