I'd say you've got it about right, using as much as your momentum off the freeway as you can. Maybe a little more throttle for your pulse and kill it a lot sooner to get a long coast before the light. Plan for it being red rather than green since you can't see it until you are right there.
Yeah I drive in the late morning and late afternoon when there are less people out. Maryland is covered in rolling hills. I'm almost positive we don't have a flat highway in the entire state.

I'd go from bump starting 25 times to 100 times a trip, but I'm just too lazy to do it more than that using ignition.

Right now my pulses and glides are waaaay longer. If there's no traffic behind me, I'll pulse very slowly up to 55, with just enough pressure on the gas pedal to kepp an increas of speed, and then glide down to 30, or even 25 if I'm still on a down slope at all.

I was listening to some Sublime while I watched so I didn't hear the clicks, but I did see Maryland has hills like Florida does
I do love my kill switch and the next thing will need to be a starter button right on the shifter.
I do the same when accelerating. Whats your 0 - 55 MPH time?? I skip shift from 1-3-5 or if I start from the top of a hill ill shift 2-4-5.

I go a little further on my coasts now. My car has had a few changes from the first video. the biggest being 55PSI.
