Waiting on the cdi ignition-charging system upgrade coming from Malaysia. It's like a 57 Chevy there and they got tired of points a long time ago. Of course saving the old parts and it is totally reversible.
Basically I am upgrading a 50 year old ignition system to fairly current and maintenance free charging-ignition system similar to my GZ250. At 145 MPG wide open and 43 MPH I just need to make sure I don't get clocked over maybe 42 if I can use the "it was downhill" defense.
