Interestingly, Choice magazine (a reputable Australian magazine dedicated to product reviews and comparisons) in late 2013 did a round up of 18 tyres in the 175/65R15 size. The Yokohoma Bluearth AE01 ended up being one of their 2 'picks' on overall score, and also beating all other tyres (including a broad swathe of 'Eco' tyres from leading brands) in the rolling resistance test - by a decent margin apparently - though the difference to the runner up isn't stated, they do say "35 meters (23.6%) better than the worst performers" in a roll down test from 25 kph. NB The site is pay walled, but I consider the above info public as it was also included in an authorised press release by Yokohoma, and I'm not revealing any info that's not available between the press release and the free part of the site.

Apparently I can't post links yet , but google "Bluearth choice review" and it should come up.
