I have a friend in L.A that will smog any car and get it to 'pass' without a problem. I already did seafoam and it didn't help, I seafoamed days ago lol.
With that being said, I would only do that in an utmost emergency, because I would rather not pay 200$ every 2 years for my car to pass smog, just buying a new cat would pay for itself in a single year.
