"What crazy car project would you like to do?"
1. Get a regular diesel, and fit LPG to it. I'd like a small engine, like a 1.6D or a 2.0 litre, and see just how much fuel I'd save.
2. Get a beautiful classic with a big thirsty engine. Rip out the old engine, and make it go 100% electric.
3. Get another lovely classic, rip out the engine, and make it go electric but with a small battery. Install a small capacity diesel (like one from a Smart car), convert it to mix LPG into what sprayed into the cylinders, and make it run like a generator supplying power to the electric motors.
