The B13 Sentra is still made and sold in many countries across the globe after 24 years. Interesting thing about valve adjustment, which is done with shims like many motorcycles. The adjustment range is like 10-20 thousandths which probably means the valves are still in spec with that large a range of adjustment even at 175k miles. On my 73Alfa GTV the valve lash had closed 1 thousandth in 100k miles but the Sentra does not require the camshafts to be removed to change the shims.

Muffler installed today, sidemarker tomorrow, then it will be ready for state inspection.
