Guys, my mom called and they apologized and refunded our money (even though we didn't ask). They said it's rare but it does happen, the lady on the phone said 'it's like getting food poisoning'. My mom even expressed we didn't want any money we just wanted to warn them, but they insisted. They won my business, just never the rub on kind haha.
