Nah, Mustangs are pretty sophisticated compared to where they started from, but not high tech in the nexus of the market. Certainly no body-sensing climate controls, though they have the basic chops for a good GT car.
Mustang today is a very different beast from its origins as a sporty looking econobox. The chassis has taken a huge leap forward with excellent handling from a live-axle car, and pretty civilized inside too. I think there's enough to make a Lincoln out of it IF they try harder than they have lately with their badge engineering.
