Get a blank from the locksmith. Then take it to the Honda dealer and have them cut it using the VIN. Though around here the person walking into the dealership has to have a registration in their name for the car in order to get the dealerships help. Key cut by a dealer is usually around $10, whereas getting a locksmith to do it from scratch you'd better add a 0 to the end of that. Though on a car that old there is always a good chance it may have had the ignition or door lock punched out at some point and replaced by one that won't match up with the key the dealer can print you based off of the original key codes the car was produced with. My '90 has 2 different keys, one for the door and one for the ignition, and neither match the one the car came with.
