There will be much, much larger differences between tires (meaning make and model) than the difference between those 2 sizes. Those 2 sizes results in virtually the same RR (all other factors being equal).
So pay more attention to what you are buying and let the size sort itself out (that is, it would be the last decision to be made) as to what you pick.
