Its probably been said already but anyway... The Fiesta is a sub-compact car that gets almost as much MPGs as the Prius but the Prius is a Mid-size car. That is a full two classes BIGGER.
If you are just commuting solo get the sub-compact, the soccer-mom (running two plus kids all over town) who was thinking of an SUV is better off with the Prius.
