Find the AC drain tube and use something like a coat hanger to clear it out enough for it to drain, assuming it only does it when the AC is on. Usually the AC drain is on the lower part of the firewall near the evaporator. You may be able to see the drain hose under the evaporator housing inside the car. If so and you can easily remove it then take it off and fish out the leaves that are in the bottom of the housing so it won't get stopped up again easily.

If it only does it when it RAINS the suspect the cowl drains are stopped up. Thye are ususally at the ends of the cowl panel. You may be able to see them around the tophinge to the front doors.
