In my case the service was free.
They said they already balanced the tires and the truck was supercharged and parked for a few years, so it seemed plausible the tires had flat spots.
When I got wheels and tires from tirerack, the website said when they mount them they match the rim and tire run out so they are pretty much dead on to eliminate the wobble between the 2 as the tire can be mounted off center.
When I use to use a wheelchair I would take the time to center the tire on the rim before inflating it to further ensure a smooth ride.
