Heh, that reminds me... would be almost 20 years back, I was in the shell mileage marathon at high school, the senior team was running a car called "glider possum". Displacement somewhere in the neighbourhood of 10-20cc (4-stroke model aircraft engine with a custom head for low rpms), if I recall correctly... I do remember I had to double-check their calculations for which cams to swap to when it wouldn't start with the cams they had due to the high altitude - good times

Can't speak for the Cd (not that it would have been *too* bad, though I suspect the 'full size' bike wheels were a mistake - lots of skin drag there), but the A was pretty darn small
hardest part putting together a team for the competition was finding a driver who'd fit, and that was at high school...
