Seriously! How did you find him?! It did not seem like anything briefly mentioned would bring up a search result!
I found one Eugene Schudlich on Facebook, but he seems to live in Michigan. Apparently, the Ultramarathon that he ran was called "TAC National 50 Mile Road Championship," which could not possibly be what he wrote on the spoiler.
Hey, what about

I recycled and built a 123 mpg Bio-Diesel for the X-Prize, 125 mile range, 90mph, 356 to 566 MPGe, EV, and a 134mpg best 1991 Geo Metro with just simple Aerodynamics, all for $1500, $2000, and $100 simple Aerodynamics. All were daily drivers.

That was his comment under

I found him at
Alt Car Expo: 1980 VW truck becomes a biodiesel Eco Rat Rod, which has a picture of that truck, and information on it, but regarding the Aero-Geo:

Schudlich has experience improving fuel economy with backyard driveway engineering. With a 1991 Geo Metro he chopped six inches from the roof, added high-pressure tires, switched to synthetic oils and modified the air intake to provide warm air. Fuel economy improved from an average of 36 to 42 mpg up to 47 mpg with a high of 70 mpg.

His name is listed here:
Central Coast Clean Cities Coalition (C5), but I do not know what good that does us.
I may have found his wife on Facebook, but not him. There are so many websites trying to sell people's personal information. I would send him a friend request to ask about his car, but I am not comfortable asking a stranger about her husband's project.
