How do I clean fridge coil?

Fridge coils are usually easy to vacuum, but I went to clean mine and found that it's not designed to allow access to the coils.

How should I clean these coils? The gap on the left side of the coils is about 3", so going in from the side would be very difficult. The back side of the coils is blocked by the compressor.

The only thing I can think to do is to blast it out with compressed air.
