I EOC some on my commute. My last tank (I filled up yesterday) is my best one yet, at 35.4mpg!
Outside of my commute (which uses backroads that cut through vineyards, so there's literally zero traffic to contend with), I almost never EOC, as I prefer to do it where I'm comfortable.
