Hello It did we pushed the MPG on diesel from 16 MPG to 32 MPG using the CNG added fuel. We had been keeping very good records on fill up and all was used the same fueling stations. The point of the test is to see if we could cut our cost of fuel per mile in half.
We did do that and not loss any power. We did gain more power then stock on CNG.
For towing this kind of system was great we had the best of both worlds. We could simple swap a file in the CNG controller to make it in to a towing power house .
With the CNG blend it had 400 ft pounds of torque at 2600 RPM at a 70% 30% at the rear wheels. with no black smoke under load.
