Nope. Lawn mower engines aren't economical in terms of fuel used to power produced. Then you add up the charging conversion losses, and this sort of system makes no sense. Even BMW's range extender only offers very poor economy on petrol. As an emergency back up it's OK, but it won't do 75MPG without recharging the batteries first at home.
