Searching for a research paper

I'm searching for an article or research paper I thought I had seen here before but apparently didn't download or bookmark. What stuck in my head were specific references to the underfloor, and the area just behind the front wheel. I thought the car in question was a SAAB though I could be mistaken. I've gone through the "Aerodynamic Analysis of Drag Reduction Devices on the Underbody for SAAB 9-3 by Using CFD" and the specific mention I'm looking for isn't there. That paper concentrates on smooth underfloors, rear diffusers and angle optimization, strakes, vortex generators, and sealed wheels.

What further cements my thinking the paper in question referenced a SAAB is that I had some recollection it was a refreshingly open paper produced by the actual car manufacturer. Anything spring to mind? Help!
