Here's the Unified List: Consult the Owner's Manual.

Or better yet know to look for hard, unyielding, non-crumpling jack points. Because if you ever use an older VW's jacking point as an actual jacking point, you will severely bend things up if not have the damn thing come down on top of you.

I see such a list as becoming very unwieldy.

P.S. Always use jackstands or blocks of some sort if you're actually getting underneath the vehicle.
