Another Excel user here. I input date, station (brand), cost/gallon, total gallons, mileage from tripmeter, and it calculates total cost, MPG, and cost per mile. On the receipt I record the mileage and indicated MPG from the car and Scangauge and enter that in my fuel log here and at Fuelly for others' reference.
