I work in Richmond near 5 Rd and Steveston, still haven't seen many.
Funny thing about taking my life into my hands. On Friday we tried to go for lunch at Richmond centre, forgetting that it was black Friday. It was madness. As a rule I try to avoid 3 road like the plague.
