I never charged the battery once in the Black Widow, and I P&G-ed and EOC-ed non-stop for months on end. I also go to work well before daylight, so mornings I would be doing it with the headlights on. Not once did it ever fail to start, so I'd say you have a weak battery, alternator, short, loose starter wire, etc . . . .

Eventually I bump started pretty much 99.5% of the time, and only when I was unfortunate enough to actually have to stop did I ever key-start. I'm sure that had something to do with it staying relatively charged, but if you're bump starting most of the time, there's a problem with your charging system somewhere

My kid is also doing a lot of EOC & P&G in the Black Widow these days, and he's never had a problem either.
