No you don't need to add the capacitor.. I included it with all three. You are probably right about the 400amp igbts. As long as they are well balanced, it would probably be ok. Don't forget that you can up your voltage to 350v or so if it gets boring. Btw, I think I need to send you an updated hex file because your overtemperature protection will just disable rather than throttle back. I noticed the mistake a few days ago.
